A leading practice in their profession has a requirement for a IT Infrastructure Administrator to cover their Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore offices. To be based in Hong Kong with travel to Tokyo / Singapore as required, your responsibilities will be to support the development and maintain all IT Systems providing the end user with a fit for purpose platform to conduct business.

Main Tasks include:

Understand the IT requirements of the local and regional business and act accordingly to make sure these are met in a timely and structured way, whilst keeping in line with the firm's IT strategy, policies and standards set by London.
Work with users to make sure they are aware of all IT resource available to them and using it in the most effective way.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the infrastructure and desktop.
Informing users of up-coming changes and presenting strategy and policy.
Reporting back regularly to IT Management and project managers, issues which might be local and where improvements have been made.
Prioritizing IT workloads and agree them with the ‎business, and producing IT plans with the assistance of London for the Asia offices taking ‎into account the overall firm's IT plans‎.
